the guest house is perfectly situated less than a 10-minute walk from the delightful queen's park and close to the stunning world of beatrix potter attraction, making it super easy to explore the area, and the cozy room with a comfortable bed made for a restful stay.

We had a fantastic time with friends exploring the lakes and visiting the local aquarium. The free access to the Health Club was a great perk! The room was tidy, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts. Perfect location for walking to the cruise points and enjoying the lake scenery.

Our only downside was lukewarm water from the shower one morning, which was a bit disappointing.

The luxury double room was exceptionally comfortable, featuring an excellent Tempur mattress and a superb bathroom with under-floor heating. Breakfast offered a delicious variety, with high-quality ingredients and great service. Just a short walk from the lakefront, everything was clean and well-presented. some noise from the main road could be heard despite the soundproof windows, and finding parking nearby was a challenge at times.

Our stay was simply wonderful! The room was incredibly cozy and well-equipped, with quality toiletries and a delightful view from the balcony. Breakfast was a highlight, with everything freshly cooked, especially the Eggs Benedict that I loved. The host was exceptionally friendly, offering us hot drinks and homemade biscuits during check-in, which set a lovely tone for our trip.

We had such a sweet stay! Breakfast was fab. I loved the eggs royal, and my partner's cooked brekkie looked delish. The staff were super helpful, bringing us tea and coffee on arrival. Our room was beautifully decorated for our engagement, but it was a bit cramped for moving around easily.
